Our Fleet for Komodo Boat Tours

We operate Indonesia's most diverse boat tour Komodo island fleet— vessels from budget-friendly to ultra-luxury. Every vessel category serves specific tour types.

Destination Highlights

Komodo National Park

Explore breathtaking islands, pristine beaches, and world-class diving spots in the heart of Komodo National Park.

3 Days / 2 Nights Yacht Charter

Day 1

Arrival · Western Komodo Isles

Kelor Island 11:00 – 13:00

Kelor Island

The gentle opener. A short hilltop trek sets the tone before the first onboard lunch is served under sail.
Manjarite Island 13:40 – 15:00

Manjarite Island

A sheltered snorkel site with healthy hard coral and schooling reef fish — the first underwater introduction to the park.
Kalong Island 16:30 – 18:00

Kalong Island

Anchor at dusk as thousands of flying foxes lift from the mangroves in silhouette. Dinner served aboard under the stars.

Day 2

The Park's Signature Day

Padar Island 06:00 – 08:15

Padar Island

The dawn ascent. Cooler air, softer light, and the three-bay panorama at its most photogenic moment.
Pink Beach 09:00 – 10:00

Pink Beach

Return after breakfast aboard. Shallow turquoise entry, soft rose sand — a calmer, quieter window than day-trip crowds.
Komodo Island 10:00 – 12:30

Komodo Island

The island the park is named for. Ranger-led trail, usually with multiple dragon sightings in their natural hunting ground.
Manta Point 13:30 – 15:30

Manta Point

Extended window for multiple drifts. More time, more encounters — and better conditions than the rushed day-trip slot.
Taka Makassar 16:30 – 17:30

Taka Makassar

Golden-hour landing on the sandbar before the onboard sunset. A favorite frame for couples and photographers alike.

Day 3

Quiet Return

Sebayur Island 08:00 – 09:30

Sebayur Island

A closing reef with exceptional visibility — the gentlest way to end the voyage before the slow cruise back to harbor.
A Note on the Route
Destinations may adjust based on weather, tide, and field conditions — always prioritizing safety and experience quality over rigid schedules. All times in WITA (UTC+8). Private charter itineraries can be rebuilt entirely around your preferences on request.

Komodo Boat Tour Pricing

Komodo boat tour prices depend on several factors such as tour type, vessel choice, duration, and season. Here's an overview of the pricing structure

Tour Type & Duration

Prices vary by private or shared tour and duration. Day trips are cheaper, while multi-day trips offer better daily rates.

Boat Quality

Prices depend on boat quality. Budget boats with basic facilities are cheaper, while luxury yachts cost more.

Season

Prices are higher in high season, while shoulder and low seasons are more affordable.

Group Size

Shared tours split the cost, making them cheaper per person. Private charters charge for the entire vessel.

Eleven vessels from a fleet of more than 240 boats operated and represented by Komodo Luxury from Labuan Bajo since 2015. Every charter rate covers the vessel, captain and crew, fuel, cabin accommodation, all onboard meals and soft drinks, snorkelling equipment and an English-speaking guide.

Best For: Which Komodo Boat Tour Suits You

Best for a first visit with limited time

The shared speedboat day trip from USD 90 per person / day covers Padar Island, Komodo or Rinca ranger trek, Pink Beach and Manta Point between 06:00 and 18:00.

Best for solo travellers and couples

The 3D2N shared open trip at USD 300–850 per person puts you on a phinisi with 8–22 other guests on a fixed route — the most affordable way to sleep on board.

Best for families and groups of 8 or more

A whole-boat charter from USD 5,300 per night works out at better value per person than shared cabins once you fill the vessel. Compare the fleet on our whole-boat charter pricing for Komodo page, or read how the traditional wooden vessels differ on phinisi sailing yachts with a full crew.

Best for divers and multi-day itineraries

A vessel with a compressor, Nitrox and a dedicated dive deck is the right call for 4 to 11 nights — see the multi-day liveaboard sailing itineraries that run Komodo year round.
