Documentation Consent

KomodoLuxury provides documentation during the trip. Each participant agrees to be recorded and photographed, and Komodo Luxury reserves the right to use the footage for promotional purposes.

Payment & Billing Policy

1. 定价条款

• 费率适用于发布当年的情况，并可能每年调整。
• 由于燃油成本、新增路线或活动、政府法规，或其他超出 Komodo Luxury。

2. 预订与付款时间表

• 为确保预订，需支付50%的定金。
• Full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to the departure date.
• For bookings made one year in advance, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the charter. An additional 20% of the deposit must be paid 120 days before the trip, with the remaining balance (full payment) due 30 days before departure.
• 请注意，某些船舶将适用该船舶的条款和条件。

3. 儿童政策

• 3岁及以上的儿童需支付全价。

4. 银行手续费

• 与付款相关的所有银行手续费均应由汇款人承担。
• 我们收到的总付款金额必须与发票上注明的金额完全一致。因银行手续费或转账费导致的任何差额，均由客户承担。
• Neither Komodo Luxury nor the tour operator will be held accountable for additional bank charges incurred during transfers, deposits, or balance payments.

Cancellation Policy

1. 一般取消条款

• 无论在出发日期前30天 、更早或更晚取消预订，均将没收已付总额的100%，且不予退款。

2. 取消费用条款

• 报名后：定金将不予退还。
• 如果参与者取消行程，已支付的费用将不予退还、无法改期，也不能转至其他行程。不过，参与者可以指定一名替补人员代替自己参加。

3. 不可抗力

• In cases of force majeure—such as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, civil unrest, disease outbreaks, government regulations, Flight cancellation, or other uncontrollable events—the trip may be changed or canceled without a refund.
• Komodo Luxury is not responsible for any losses or inconveniences caused by such events.
• 不可抗力是指超出人类控制范围的、无法预见的状况，导致行程无法按计划进行。

4. 迟到

• Participants of private trips are advised that any delays impacting the itinerary or schedule will result in adjustments to the itinerary based on the available time. The vessel cannot be held responsible for or accommodate extensions to the allocated trip duration.

Responsibility

1. 责任

对于因以下原因导致的变更或取消，KomodoLuxury 不承担任何责任，亦不承担任何法律责任：

• 紧凑的行程安排。
• 由航空公司、酒店或其他运输服务提供商造成的行李损坏、丢失或延误。

KomodoLuxury 亦不对以下情况承担责任：

• 旅行期间参与者个人物品的损坏或丢失。
• Changes or reductions in the itinerary due to force majeure (uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, adverse weather, or government restrictions).

2. Participant Responsibility

• 参与者须对旅行设施（如救生衣、呼吸管和潜水面镜）的任何丢失或损坏负责。对于损坏或丢失的物品，将按其全额重置价值收取费用。
• 所有参与者在整个行程中必须遵守领队的要求。未经船方管理层事先批准，不得做出任何偏离已商定的行程 或指示的单方面决定或采取相关行动。

3. Prohibited Behavior

• 在旅行期间使用非法毒品，或采取任何扰乱秩序或给其他参与者造成不便的行为，将导致该人员被立即逐出团队。
• 在这种情况下，已支付的款项将不予退还。
