Eleven days is total immersion — Komodo National Park, the south Flores coast, and the Sumbawa gateway in one unbroken arc. It shares days with shorter routes only on paper; at this length the rhythm changes from itinerary to voyage.
Days 1-4
The full northern and southern park circuit with no compression: every stop of the 4D3N plus second visits where the light or the current deserves it.
Days 5-7
Weaving villages where ikat comes off the loom, river-mouth anchorages, and an optional overland day from Labuan Bajo — the spider-web rice fields of Cancar among them — arranged as a shore excursion, not a route detour.
Days 8-9
The volcanic ring: black-sand dives under an active cone, Banta's empty ridge hikes, Gili Banta mantas — shared with the 9D8N but reached here with two extra days of slack for weather.
