Facilities

Anne Bonny is equipped with three air-conditioned cabins, each featuring en-suite bathrooms, king-size beds, and modern conveniences like power socket adapters and charging stations. Guests can enjoy daily housekeeping, laundry services, and access to complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi powered by Starlink. Outdoor amenities include sun decks, an observation platform, and a dedicated dining area with a bar and BBQ setup, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

For divers and snorkelers, Anne Bonny offers state-of-the-art gear, including 20 dive tanks, Nitrox, wet suits, and a camera station with a separate rinse area. Accommodation in a double-bed or twin-bed cabin
Full board, including all soft drinks, coffee, and tea
Three daily guided dives (for diving cruises only) + night dives depending on the itinerary. All the dives are subject to weather conditions and transit time. There is no diving on the days of arrival and departure except if mentioned on the cruise information sheet, and there are only 2 dives on the penultimate day of the cruise
80 cf tank (12 litres), and weight belt
Land excursions depending on the safari program
Transfer from the airport or hotel to the boat and back to the nearest airport or hotel

Payment Process

Payment is made in the following steps:

A 50% deposit is required to secure the trip.
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of participant cancellation at any time.
The remaining payment must be made no later than 14 days before the trip.
The full payment must be made if the trip is less than 14 days away.

Documentation Consent

KomodoLuxury provides documentation during the trip. Each participant agrees to be recorded and photographed, and Komodo Luxury reserves the right to use the footage for promotional purposes.

Agreement to Terms

By registering, participants agree to the terms and conditions of the trip.

Cancellation

Participant Cancellation
If a participant cancels, the payment made cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or moved to another trip. However, participants may find a replacement person to take their place.
Force Majeure
In force majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, or other coercive conditions), the trip may be changed or canceled without refund for participants, and Komodo Luxury is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused.
(Force majeure refers to events beyond human control that prevent activities from being carried out properly.)
Late Arrival
Participants who arrive late at the meeting point, causing an extension of the itinerary, inconvenience to other participants, or other disruptions, are considered to have resigned from the trip with no refund.
We are not responsible for the terms and conditions set forth by any other company.

Responsibility

Komodo Luxury is not responsible and cannot be held liable for changes or cancellations of flight schedules, baggage damage or loss, airlines, hotels, or other transportation delays, or for damage or loss of participants’ personal belongings during the trip. KomodoLuxury is also not liable for changes or reductions in travel due to Force Majeure.
Participants are responsible for any loss or damage to trip facilities such as life jackets, snorkels, and masks. The cost of the damaged or lost items will be charged to the participant.
Participants must follow the instructions of the tour leader during the trip and cannot make unilateral decisions in any form without our consent.
Suppose any participant engages in illegal drug use or causes disturbances that inconvenience other participants during the trip. In that case, Komodo Luxury reserves the right to remove or repatriate the participant without any refund of payments made.
