Documentation Consent

ZASADY DOTYCZĄCE PŁATNOŚCI I ROZLICZEŃ

1. Warunki cenowe

• Stawki obowiązują w roku, w którym zostały ustalone, i mogą ulegać corocznym zmianom.
• Mogą wystąpić zmiany cen spowodowane takimi czynnikami, jak koszty paliwa, dodatkowe trasy lub atrakcje, przepisy rządowe lub inne okoliczności pozostające poza kontrolą firmy Komodo Luxury.

2. Harmonogram rezerwacji i płatności

• A 50% down payment is required to secure a booking.
• Full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to the departure date.
• For bookings made one year in advance, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the charter. An additional 20% of the deposit must be paid 120 days before the trip, with the remaining balance (full payment) due 30 days before departure.
• Prosimy pamiętać, że w przypadku niektórych statków obowiązują warunki przewozu obowiązujące dla danego statku.

3. Polityka dotycząca dzieci

• Children aged 3 years and above will be charged the full rate.

4. Opłaty bankowe

• Wszelkie opłaty bankowe związane z płatnościami ponosi nadawca.
• Łączna kwota płatności, którą otrzymamy, musi dokładnie odpowiadać kwocie podanej na fakturze. Za wszelkie rozbieżności wynikające z opłat bankowych lub opłat za przelew odpowiedzialność ponosi klient.
• Neither Komodo Luxury nor the tour operator will be held accountable for additional bank charges incurred during transfers, deposits, or balance payments.

ZASADY ANULOWANIA REZERWACJI

1. Ogólne warunki anulowania rezerwacji

• For cancellations made 30 days, less or more before the departure date, 100% of the total payment will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

2. Warunki dotyczące opłat za anulowanie rezerwacji

• After Registration: The deposit is forfeited and non-refundable.
• If a participant cancels, payments cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred to another trip. However, participants may nominate a replacement person to take their place.

3. Siła wyższa

• In cases of force majeure—such as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, civil unrest, disease outbreaks, government regulations, Flight cancellation, or other uncontrollable events—the trip may be changed or canceled without a refund.
• Komodo Luxury is not responsible for any losses or inconveniences caused by such events.
• Siła wyższa to nieprzewidziane okoliczności, na które człowiek nie ma wpływu i które uniemożliwiają realizację wycieczki zgodnie z planem.

4. Spóźnienie

• Participants of private trips are advised that any delays impacting the itinerary or schedule will result in adjustments to the itinerary based on the available time. The vessel cannot be held responsible for or accommodate extensions to the allocated trip duration.

ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚĆ

1. Odpowiedzialność

• KomodoLuxury nie ponosi odpowiedzialności i nie może być pociągnięte do odpowiedzialności za zmiany lub odwołania spowodowane przez:
  • Napięte harmonogramy podróży.
  • Uszkodzenia, utrata lub opóźnienia w dostarczeniu bagażu spowodowane przez linie lotnicze, hotele lub innych przewoźników.
• KomodoLuxury nie ponosi również odpowiedzialności za:
  • Damage or loss of participants’ personal belongings during the trip.
  • Changes or reductions in the itinerary due to force majeure (uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, adverse weather, or government restrictions, ).

2. Participant Responsibility

• Uczestnicy ponoszą odpowiedzialność za wszelkie straty lub uszkodzenia sprzętu turystycznego, takiego jak kamizelki ratunkowe, fajki do nurkowania i maski. Za uszkodzone lub zagubione przedmioty zostanie naliczona opłata w wysokości ich pełnej wartości odtworzeniowej.
• All participants are required to follow the tour leader’s instructions throughout the trip. Unilateral decisions or actions that deviate from the agreed itinerary or instructions are not permitted without prior approval from boat management.

3. Prohibited Behavior

• Używanie nielegalnych narkotyków lub jakiekolwiek działania powodujące zakłócenia lub utrudnienia dla innych uczestników podczas wycieczki będą skutkowały natychmiastowym wykluczeniem danej osoby z grupy.
• W takich przypadkach nie będą dokonywane żadne zwroty dokonanych płatności.
