Payment & Billing Policy

1. Warunki cenowe

2. Harmonogram rezerwacji i płatności

Aby zagwarantować rezerwację, wymagana jest wpłata zaliczki w wysokości 50%.
Full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to the departure date.
For bookings made one year in advance, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the charter. An additional 20% of the deposit must be paid 120 days before the trip, with the remaining balance (full payment) due 30 days before departure.
Prosimy pamiętać, że w przypadku niektórych statków obowiązują warunki przewozu obowiązujące dla danego statku.

3. Polityka dotycząca dzieci

Od dzieci w wieku od 3 lat pobierana będzie opłata w pełnej wysokości.

4. Opłaty bankowe

Wszelkie opłaty bankowe związane z płatnościami ponosi nadawca.
Łączna kwota płatności, którą otrzymamy, musi dokładnie odpowiadać kwocie podanej na fakturze. Za wszelkie rozbieżności wynikające z opłat bankowych lub opłat za przelew odpowiedzialność ponosi klient.
Neither Komodo Luxury nor the tour operator will be held accountable for additional bank charges incurred during transfers, deposits, or balance payments.

Cancellation Policy

1. Ogólne warunki anulowania rezerwacji

2. Warunki dotyczące opłat za anulowanie rezerwacji

Po rejestracji: Kaucja przepada i nie podlega zwrotowi.
W przypadku rezygnacji uczestnika wpłacone kwoty nie podlegają zwrotowi, nie można zmienić terminu ani przenieść rezerwacji na inną wycieczkę. Uczestnicy mogą jednak wyznaczyć inną osobę, która zajmie ich miejsce.

3. Siła wyższa

In cases of force majeure—such as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, civil unrest, disease outbreaks, government regulations, Flight cancellation, or other uncontrollable events—the trip may be changed or canceled without a refund.
Komodo Luxury is not responsible for any losses or inconveniences caused by such events.

Participants of private trips are advised that any delays impacting the itinerary or schedule will result in adjustments to the itinerary based on the available time. The vessel cannot be held responsible for or accommodate extensions to the allocated trip duration.

KomodoLuxury nie ponosi również odpowiedzialności za:

Uszkodzenie lub utrata rzeczy osobistych uczestników podczas wycieczki.
Changes or reductions in the itinerary due to force majeure (uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, adverse weather, or government restrictions).

2. Participant Responsibility

Uczestnicy ponoszą odpowiedzialność za wszelkie straty lub uszkodzenia sprzętu turystycznego, takiego jak kamizelki ratunkowe, fajki do nurkowania i maski. Za uszkodzone lub zagubione przedmioty zostanie naliczona opłata w wysokości ich pełnej wartości odtworzeniowej.
Wszyscy uczestnicy są zobowiązani do przestrzegania poleceń przewodnika przez cały czas trwania wycieczki. Jednostronne decyzje lub działania odbiegające od uzgodnionego planu podróży lub poleceń są niedozwolone bez uprzedniej zgody kierownictwa łodzi.

3. Prohibited Behavior

Używanie nielegalnych narkotyków lub jakiekolwiek działania powodujące zakłócenia lub utrudnienia dla innych uczestników podczas wycieczki będą skutkowały natychmiastowym wykluczeniem danej osoby z grupy.
W takich przypadkach nie będą dokonywane żadne zwroty dokonanych płatności.
