• A 50% deposit is required to secure the trip.
• W przypadku rezygnacji uczestnika w dowolnym momencie zaliczka nie podlega zwrotowi.
• Pozostałą kwotę należy uiścić najpóźniej 14 dni przed wyjazdem.
• Jeśli do wyjazdu pozostało mniej niż 14 dni, należy uiścić pełną kwotę.

Documentation Consent

KomodoLuxury provides documentation during the trip. Each participant agrees to be recorded and photographed, and Komodo Luxury reserves the right to use the footage for promotional purposes.

Arrival

To join the trip that starts in the morning on the first day, it’s better to arrive one day earlier. Direct flight references:

Wyjazd

For the 9D8N – 12D11N trip packages, participants are able to leave on the final day of the trip, with the flight schedule arranged to suit their needs. However, for the 8D7N package, participants may depart one day after the end of the trip.

Deposit For All Bookings

A deposit of 30% of the total price per person is required to be sent to confirm the booking no later than 10 days after the date of the invoice receipt.

Deposits For Groups And Full Charter Bookings

From 270 days to 181 days prior to departure we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount at booking time for confirmation (non-refundable and non-transferable).

From 180 days to 91 days prior to departure we require a deposit of 40% of the total amount at booking time for confirmation (non-refundable and non-transferable).

Payment Of The Balance

Payment of the balance for individual booking or boat charters must be made to Teman Liveaboard 90 days before cruise departure.

Cancellation Fee For Individual Bookings

The following fees are charged for cancellations within 120 days or less prior to departure:

• 120 to 91 days prior to departure, 30% of the cruise rate cancellation fee applies.
• 90 days or less prior to departure 100% of the cruise rate.

Cancellation Fee For Groups Or Charters

• For more than 270 days, a fee of 10% is applied.
• 270 to 181 days prior to departure, a fee of 20% is applied.
• 180 days to 91 days prior to departure a fee of 40% of the cruise rate is applied.
• 90 days or less prior to departure 100% of the cruise rate.

Changes To The Itinerary And Services

Teman Liveaboard reserves the right, if necessary, to change an itinerary during a trip (i.e. due to weather conditions, etc.).
