Wyjazd

W przypadku pakietów wycieczkowych trwających 9 dni i 8 nocy oraz 12 dni i 11 nocy uczestnicy mogą wyjechać w ostatnim dniu wycieczki, a rozkład lotów jest dostosowany do ich potrzeb. Natomiast w przypadku pakietu trwającego 8 dni i 7 nocy uczestnicy mogą wyjechać dzień po zakończeniu wycieczki.

Zasady anulowania rezerwacji

Should you need to cancel your booking, we ask you to notify us at your earliest convenience. All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] The refund or cancellation charges that apply depends on the date of the cancellation as specified below:

• A) The 50% down payment is not refundable.
• B) 180 days – 91 days – A 80% cancellation fee will be deducted of all payments made after the down payment.
• C) No refund can be granted on cancellations made 90 days or less prior to departure.

Any refunds outside of our terms will be subject to a claim on your Insurance Company and we are happy to write you a letter, which you can give to your insurer as proof of your loss, though we cannot be held accountable if your claim is rejected for whatever reason. Fenides Liveaboard is not responsible for any charges cause by the transfer process in the event of a refund and if there is any alteration of exchange rate.
