코모도럭셔리는 여행 기간 동안 촬영 자료를 제공합니다. 모든 참가자는 촬영 및 사진 촬영에 동의하며, 코모도럭셔리는 해당 자료를 홍보 목적으로 사용할 권리를 보유합니다.

참고:

Some airlines only occasionally offer direct flights. Please verify the availability of direct flights through the respective airline’s application/ internet. The best Suggestion all the participants need to arrive one day before the trip because normally the trip pick-up will start at 08.30 am / 09.30 am. The participant can also come on the day of the sailing trip with the condition, that the participant has to arrive in Labuan Bajo at the latest at 09.00 am. Please note that we are not responsible for any cancellation or delay of the flights.

취소

1. 참가자 취소
   참가자가 취소할 경우, 이미 납부한 금액은 환불, 일정 변경 또는 다른 여행으로의 이관이 불가능합니다. 단, 참가자가 본인 대신 참가할 수 있는 대체 인원을 찾을 수는 있습니다.
2. Force Majeure
   In force majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, or other coercive conditions), the trip may be changed or canceled without refund for participants, and KomodoLuxury / Indonesia Juara Trip is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused.
   (Force majeure refers to events beyond human control that prevent activities from being carried out properly.)

   행사 지각 참가자: 집결지에 늦게 도착하여 일정이 지연되거나 다른 참가자에게 불편을 끼치거나 기타 혼란을 초래한 참가자는 여행에서 자진 탈퇴한 것으로 간주되며, 환불이 불가합니다.
4. 당사는 타 회사가 정한 이용 약관에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

책임

1. KomodoLuxury is not responsible and cannot be held liable for changes or cancellations of flight schedules, baggage damage or loss, airlines, hotels, or other transportation delays, or for damage or loss of participants’ personal belongings during the trip. KomodoLuxury is also not liable for changes or reductions in travel due to Force Majeure.
2. 참가자는 구명조끼, 스노클, 마스크 등 여행 용품의 분실 또는 파손에 대한 책임을 져야 합니다. 파손되거나 분실된 물품에 대한 비용은 참가자에게 청구됩니다.
3. 참가자는 여행 기간 동안 투어 리더의 지시를 따라야 하며, 당사의 동의 없이 어떠한 형태로든 일방적인 결정을 내릴 수 없습니다.
4. Suppose any participant engages in illegal drug use or causes disturbances that inconvenience other participants during the trip. In that case, KomodoLuxury reserves the right to remove or repatriate the participant without any refund of payments made.
